expedition 4LowDrive is about taking the family out to camp and explore the Australian bush in a 4WD.
The idea to document our camping trips comes from many different youtube channels but Roothy's LowRange and Go4x4 are primary influences. Click on the links and check them out.
The core members of expedition 4LowDrive are simply my family. Me, my wife Kirsty, my two kids Jack and Maggie and our NP Pajero.
Other members are my sister Jill and my bro-inlaw Shaun, kids Maiya and Nayla and their FJ Cruiser.
Sometimes Mum and Dad (Kay & Wayne) come along in their BT50 dragging a caravan with them.
We strap a gopro onto the car and record what we find. Its as simple as that.
The term 4LowDrive comes from my son Jack. When he was little he couldn't say 4 Wheel Drive, instead it came out as 4LowDrive. We loved it and the term has stuck.
